Guidelines
The PCI Process Improvement Subcommittee
e-publishes a newsletter. It is made up of contributions from PCI Producer
and Associate members.
The objectives of the newsletter are:

Generate interest in attending PCI workshops
and meetings on this discipline.

Provide a network of practitioners and managers
who are advancing process improvement in PCI member plants and the plants
of Associate members.

Provide how-to and testimonials.
The guidelines for articles are:

Two pages in length (400-500 words)
-
Executive summary at the beginning
-
A statement of the management objective or
IE principle that is the focus of the article

How did we do it
-
What were the results
-
Lessons learned
-
Who to contact for more information
-
Pictures or images that illustrate the main
points are very helpful
