- Client acquisition or disposition plans remain strictly confidential, including their intent to engage in such activities.
- Proprietary or unique manufacturing processes, proprietary product designs, specialty mix design, and other details of clients' operations that are not in the public domain remain confidential.
- All customer names, employee names and positions, company email addresses, and personal information are considered confidential and not shared with others.
- Precast Consulting Services, Inc. will enter into a written confidentiality agreement with clients that expressly warrants the confidentiality of certain information for a specific period of time.

Conflict of Interest
Precast Consulting Services, Inc. does not accept engagements that present a clear conflict of interest without first disclosing to all parties the nature of that conflict.
- We do not do marketing work on the same product line in the same market place with competitors.
- We do not work with more than one precast producer on an individual job regardless of product line.
- We do not accept commissions, success fees, or contingent compensation.
- We will always reveal to precast producers, any ongoing consulting relationship with a vendor to the industry.
